Solara Breathing Necklace, Mindful Pendant For Everyday Calm

Solara rests on a simple principle: hands and breath both need a place to settle. The pendant is shaped as a compact breathing focus that you can revisit through a hectic day. Its chain comes in black, gold, rose gold or steel tones, making the piece everyday jewellery before anything else, with a quiet ritual behind it.

The Solara Breathwork Necklace pairs stylish looks with practical focus, helping you cope with cravings and step away from smoking or vaping. Beyond being decorative, it serves as an everyday mindfulness aid that encourages healthier choices and a smoke‑free life. One user reports getting past vaping difficulties and gaining freedom from nicotine, describing the necklace as a steady companion that centres them in the moment and eases discomfort and stress.

It is meant to slot easily into your day: breathe in slowly, breathe out with guidance, and repeat as often as you wish.

Key features

• Pendant designed around the breath — designed to lead a slow inhale, hold and exhale pattern whenever you need a moment to reset.
• Everyday-wearable chain — rests lightly at the neckline, looking like jewellery rather than a gadget.
• Choice of four finishes — choose black, gold, rose gold or steel to go with the rest of your outfit.

A simple routine

1. Inhale — draw a slow breath in through your nose and pause briefly at the top.
