Product overview:
A timeless kitchen essential, this enamelled cast iron Dutch oven is crafted from premium cast iron, giving it exceptional durability and heat conductivity. By distributing heat evenly and retaining it exceptionally well, it allows ingredients to develop their full flavour, whether you are gently simmering soups or cooking meat with precision. Its flawless vitreous enamel interior offers a naturally non-stick surface that is easy to clean. The domed lid seals tightly, trapping both heat and moisture so food stays juicy and tender. It also works seamlessly with induction and gas hobs, offering excellent compatibility for a wide range of cooking needs. An essential companion for high-quality cooking.
Key features:
- Hard-wearing enamel finish: A glossy layer of enamel distributes heat evenly and keeps food from sticking.
- Robust twin handles: Two ergonomic cast iron handles provide a comfortable, secure grip when moving the pot.
- Style and practicality: An attractive exterior and cream-coloured interior give this pot an elegant look in your kitchen.
- Simple cleaning: Cleaning is quick and takes very little water or effort thanks to the non-porous enamel surface.

Please note:
– Before using the pot for the first time, remove all packaging and instruction materials. Clean with a mild detergent, rinse well, then dry thoroughly.
– Always use an oven rack for cast iron cookware; never put it directly on the oven floor, as this can lead to overheating and affect cooking results. Avoid dragging the pot across the rack, as this can cause damage.
– Whenever you move the pot on a glass-ceramic hob, lift it rather than sliding it to prevent scratches to the hob surface or the pot's base.
– Match the size of the cookware's base to the burner for more efficient cooking and to prevent overheating or handle damage.
– We recommend silicone utensils to make cooking comfortable and protect the enamel surface.
– Do not use metal utensils such as stainless steel spatulas and balloon whisks: they may scratch the enamel. Avoid tapping metal tools against the pot's rim.
– Never use a handheld electric or battery-powered mixer in the pot; its blades could damage the enamel.
– Never cut food directly in the pot with knives or other sharp-edged tools.
– We aim for accurate dimensions, but manual measurements may have a reasonable margin of error.
– Lighting and monitor settings can affect how colours appear, so the product's actual colours may differ.
Cleaning and care:
– Let hot cookware stand for a few minutes to cool before washing it.
– Never submerge hot cookware in cold water; a sudden temperature change may crack the enamel or cause flaking.
– While the pot remains warm, soak it in warm water to loosen stuck-on food. Afterwards, wash and dry it as normal.
– Clear stubborn residue with nylon or soft sponges. Avoid abrasive cleaners and steel wool, as they can damage the enamel coating.
– Make sure the cookware is completely dry before storing it. Keep it away from steam in a dry cupboard or an area with good ventilation.
