Common Questions

How many pets can the AutoPuryx Cat Automatic Feeder serve at the same time?

Thanks to the double bowl design, two pets can eat together, and each bowl has its own adjustable portion setting in the mobile app.

Which kinds of food suit this feeder best?

It handles kibble of the dry sort, along with air-dried food, freeze-dried treats and specially shaped grains smaller than 18mm. Wet food is not compatible.

For how long can the battery backup run when the power is out?

Depending on how often meals are dispensed, the battery backup normally lasts 2-3 weeks, so operation continues through extended power cuts.

Is it possible to schedule different meals for several pets?

Yes, in the app you can set separate meal times and portion sizes for each of your pets, giving you personalised nutrition management.

How do I clean and look after the feeder properly?

The food bowls and storage parts are dishwasher safe. The main unit only needs a gentle wipe with a damp cloth.

Does the camera work in low light?

The HD camera has night vision, so you get a clear view even in complete darkness or low-light conditions.

What happens if the WiFi connection drops?

Scheduled feedings carry on automatically using the stored settings. Remote control needs the WiFi to reconnect, but programmed meals are not affected.

How accurate are the portions the feeder dispenses?

An advanced portion control system dispenses exact amounts with very little variation, which gives steady nutrition and avoids both overfeeding and underfeeding.
